Notes from Gigi and Meg as we hibernate during Winter 2012-13

Hi Girls of Summer fans:

It’s almost time to turn our clocks ahead, and you know what THAT means!  Summer is right around the corner.

We’ve had a terrific winter. Gigi released her historical novel, Come August, Come Freedom, and Meg’s new Young Adult novel, Yaqui Delgado Wants to Kick Your Ass, is due in bookstores this month. More important, we have been hard at work getting our new Girls of Summer list together. Expect the online launch  of the 2013 list on June 10, 2013.

If you’re anywhere in the mid-Atlantic, why don’t you plan on joining us for the live launch on Tuesday, June 18, 2013,  7 pm? We’ll be at Library Park, right behind the main branch of the Richmond Public Library,  101 East Franklin Street, Richmond, VA.

With thoughts of sun, sand, and good books,

Gigi and Meg
